About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant on a project-based contract to support the setup of our HR system. The role will primarily involve uploading and managing employee data to ensure accurate and complete information is available in the system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in setting up the HR system and ensuring smooth data migration.
  • Upload and update employee information and records accurately into the system.
  • Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee records and sensitive information.
  • Coordinate with the HR team to gather required documents and details.
  • Provide basic administrative support related to the project.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in HR or administrative support (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable working with HR or database systems.
  • Must be under own valid visa and available to work immediately.
  • Available to commit for the project duration (approx. 1 month or until task completion).
