  • Monitor budget adherence, control costs related to food and labor, and implement strategies for profitability enhancement.
  • Foster excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and maintaining a welcoming environment.
  • Conduct staff training sessions focused on food safety, hospitality standards, and operational procedures to promote continuous improvement.
  • Oversee catering events, banquet services, or bar operations as needed to diversify revenue streams.
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant.

Skills

  • Proven experience in restaurant management within quick service, fast food, casual dining, or fine dining environments.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary processes, and kitchen management.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience supervising teams in fast-paced settings.
  • Skilled in inventory control, food safety practices, budgeting, and cost management.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and manage financial records effectively.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Experience in staff training & development along with interviewing potential team members.
  • Familiarity with catering operations, banquet services, bar management, or hotel hospitality is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
