Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public spaces efficiently and thoroughly
• Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities to ensure guest satisfaction
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and care for various flooring surfaces using appropriate equipment and techniques
• Handle janitorial tasks such as waste removal, dusting, window cleaning, and surface disinfection with precision
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and safety compliance
• Maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with health regulations and hotel policies
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed to uphold the hotel’s pristine appearance

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping preferred; hotel experience is a plus
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and polishing surfaces
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks
• Familiarity with custodial equipment and industrial cleaning tools is advantageous
