Position Summary

The Housekeeper reports to the Housekeeping Manager and plays a key role in delivering a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for every guest.

Job Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms as assigned, including but not limited to: making beds, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, dusting, and vacuuming
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned
• Stock and maintain housekeeping cart daily
• Dispose of trash and recyclables properly
• Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
• Complete maintenance work orders and submit to leadership promptly
• Maintain prompt and regular attendance

Schedule & Availability

• Hotel operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day
• Must be available to work a minimum of 16 hours per week for part-time status
• Schedules may vary based on business demands
• Associates may be required to work shifts outside of their preferred schedule, including overtime as needed

Expectations

• Follow all hotel and department uniform, grooming, and professional behavior standards
• Review and approve electronic timecard weekly for accuracy
• Carry out all reasonable requests from leadership within your capabilities

• Regular use of hands to handle tools and cleaning equipment
