Specialized Transportation Services is actively hiring a high-energy Driver Recruiter / Safety Coordinator with recruiting & DOT/FMCSA knowledge to support driver hiring, onboarding, and the safety team in a fast-paced trucking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driver recruiting, sourcing, and onboarding
• Pre-qualifying CDL drivers based on DOT and company requirements
• Conducting driver orientation (virtual) and road tests
• Managing candidate pipelines using an applicant tracking system
• Communicating pay, benefits, and job expectations to drivers
• Processing onboarding & maintaining compliance documents
• Assisting with log audit reviews (ELD)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience Required in driver recruiting and onboarding
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations, HOS compliance, and HOS
• Familiarity with tractor-trailer operations
• Strong communication, organization and follow-up skills

Important Role Expectations:

• Experience w/TenStreet, McLeod, Geotab ELD, Monday.com, or similar platforms
• High accountability position
• Social media recruiting and lead generation
