Boil Baby Boil, a high-volume Cajun seafood kitchen in West Hollywood, CA, is seeking a dependable and efficient Cook to join our team full-time. We specialize in made-to-order seafood boils and house-crafted sauces, and we are looking for someone who can maintain consistency, speed, and quality in a fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for a cook who is detail-oriented, works well under pressure, and takes pride in executing food correctly every time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Cajun-style seafood boils and menu items according to recipes
• Maintain accurate portioning, seasoning, and presentation standards
• Execute orders efficiently during high-volume service
• Assist with prep work including sauces, proteins, and sides
• Keep workstation clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Communicate clearly with team members and management

Qualifications:

• Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
• Experience in fast-paced or high-volume kitchens is a plus
• Ability to follow recipes and systems precisely
• Strong reliability and punctuality
• Ability to stay organized and work under pressure
• Availability for nights and weekends
