• Tommy Car Wash is searching for a Top Sales Associate/Wash Associate for our car wash in our Peoria, IL location.
• We are looking for that associate who is initiative-taking, customer oriented, team player and who is looking for an opportunity to grow with our company. This individual must have prior sales experience and can bring motivation to a team of associates, have a customer service back ground and willing to adapt to a business with growth potential.
• The main duty of this job is sales at the service window. 100 % Customer contact and interaction. We are looking for motivated, friendly and TOP Sales Associate and Wash Associate to compliment the wash as a diverse position.
• We are hiring a Full -time or Part-time person to cover the busy hours of the day. Must be flexible to work day or evening shifts, weekends, holidays and flexible in schedule when the need arises. If you have sales experience and enjoy customer interaction.

Sales Associate

Duties:
– Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers
– Maintain a clean and organized sales area
– Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to
customers
– Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
– Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
– Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives

Qualifications:
– Fluent in English, both written and verbal
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Previous experience in sales
– Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
– Ability to work well in a team environment
