Job Summary
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where you will be the vigilant guardian of our property during overnight hours. This energetic role combines guest relations, administrative duties, and security responsibilities to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for all guests. As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact for late-night arrivals and early-morning departures, providing exceptional customer service while maintaining the integrity of hotel operations. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help uphold our standards of excellence in hospitality management.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during overnight hours with professionalism and warmth.
- Check in and out guests efficiently using hotel management software, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude, providing solutions that enhance their stay.
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, reservations, and billing records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor security systems, perform safety checks around the property, and respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, answer guest calls courteously, and relay messages or information as needed.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and reconcile daily financial transactions to maintain operational transparency.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is highly preferred.
- Strong background in front desk duties, guest services, or night audit roles within resorts or hotels.
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are advantageous for communicating with diverse guests.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence.
- Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems is desirable.
- Knowledge of phone etiquette, security procedures, and guest confidentiality standards is essential.
