- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction
- Assist with guest requests such as room changes, special accommodations, or concierge services
- Maintain accurate records of guest stays, billing, and payments while adhering to hotel policies
- Support night audit procedures by reconciling daily financial transactions and preparing reports
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and guest relations to foster positive interactions at all times
