Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking team of two to manage our family owned motel in Bliss Idaho. This is a full-time, live-in position perfect for a team ready to handle daily operations together in a quiet, rural setting.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

• Answering phones and handling guest inquiries
• Taking reservations (phone, online, walk-ins)
• Checking guests in and out
• General facility management and caretaking (light cleaning, grounds upkeep)
• Handling motel laundry
• Basic bookkeeping and office tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Team of two is ideal for sharing duties and 24/7 availability
• Hands-on maintenance skills: Ability to perform minor repairs like snaking clogged toilets, unclogging drains, replacing leaky sinks/faucets, and general room upkeep
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking reservations, expenses, and reports
• Friendly, customer-service oriented with strong communication skills
• Reliable, trustworthy, and able to live on-site (must be available for occasional after-hours needs)
• Previous motel/hotel experience a plus, but willing to train the right team
