Hardscape Laborer (Experienced)

We’re looking for a hard-working, experienced laborer who knows their way around hardscape installs. This position is hands-on and requires someone who can keep up, take direction, and get the job done right.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assist with installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, and drainage
• Prep sites, move material, and keep jobs running efficiently
• Operate equipment like skid steers, mini excavators, and compactors
• Help with grading, base prep, cutting, and setting materials

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience in hardscape or similar construction work
• Comfortable running equipment (skid steer, mini ex, etc.)
• Shows up on time, works hard, and takes pride in the work
• Can follow direction but also think ahead and stay productive
