Full job description

We are seeking hardworking and reliable Landscape Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the installation, maintenance, and improvement of residential and commercial landscapes. You’ll work outdoors in various weather conditions, performing physical labor and supporting the successful completion of landscaping projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation of plants, trees, sod, mulch, and other landscape materials
• Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment (e.g., lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, shovels, rakes)
• Perform routine lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding, and pruning
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from trucks
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at job sites
• Follow directions from supervisors and work collaboratively with team members
• Ensure all work is completed according to company standards and customer expectations

Qualifications:

• Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods (lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, bending, standing, etc.)
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites or designated meeting location
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license (preferred, not always required)
