Server Assistants and Food Runners Needed!

We are open 7 days a week from 11 am to 9 pm Sunday – Thursday and 11 am to 10 pm on Friday and Saturday! We are looking to bring new team members on with open availability for our busy season! These shifts range from 10:30 am to 4 pm / 4 PM – 11 PM (although the out time can be flexible depending on business levels)!

Rancho Lewis is located at 1503 King St, at the Pacific Box & Crate complex and is a 10,000 square ft, 230+ seat restaurant. As a restaurant of our size and as the company continues to grow, there are many opportunities for advancement!

The Rancho Lewis menu and concept (formerly Juan Luis at Lewis BBQ) is inspired by John Lewis’ El Paso family roots and his love for Hatch chiles.

A server assistant supports service staff by cleaning, sanitizing, and resetting tables, refilling beverages, and delivering food to guests. They ensure a fast-paced dining room runs smoothly by restocking stations, assisting with guest requests, and supporting servers. Key skills include stamina, teamwork, and strong communication.
