Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teacher’s Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in creating a supportive and engaging learning environment for children. This role is essential in fostering literacy education, behavior management, and overall childhood development in a daycare setting.

Responsibilities

• Support the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities.
• Assist with classroom management to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
• Provide individualized attention to children, especially those requiring special education support.
• Facilitate literacy education through engaging activities that promote reading and writing skills.
• Help manage behaviors effectively, using positive reinforcement strategies.
• Collaborate with teachers to assess children’s progress and adapt learning strategies as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized space conducive to learning.
• Engage with children during playtime and structured activities to promote social skills

Experience

• Previous experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with autism spectrum disorders and special education practices is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and effective behavior management techniques.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• A passion for educating young minds and supporting their growth in a nurturing atmosphere.
