Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their vehicle wash and detailing needs
• Operate various car wash equipment, including automated systems and hand-washing tools
• Perform detailed cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, window cleaning, and interior wiping
• Apply polishing, buffing, and waxing techniques to enhance vehicle appearance
• Conduct additional services like window tinting or minor cosmetic repairs when required
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area, ensuring all tools and supplies are organized and sanitized
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, offering recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction

Qualifications

• Prior experience in car washing, detailing, or custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance or janitorial experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for occasional moving of vehicles or equipment
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
• Willingness to learn new skills such as buffing techniques
