Shawna Ariel Hair is an independent luxury stylist serving a high-value clientele, with approximately 70% extension and hair topper clients.

Our studio experience is built on:

We use CLICS Color, a pure-tone color system that builds a strong foundational understanding of color theory, giving you skills that transfer to any color line in your future career.

Schedule

This is a hands-on, in-salon learning role.

Required availability:

• Thursday: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Friday: By appointment
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

This is an hourly opportunity with the ability to begin building your own clientele inside the salon under Shawna Ariel Hair.

Responsibilities Behind the Chair Support

• Shampooing and treatments
• Blow-drying and styling support
• Extension install prep, removal assistance, move-up prep
• Mixing color using CLICS system
• Client preparation and consultation assistance
• Supporting luxury guest flow

Salon Operations

• Weekly deep cleaning
• Laundry and sanitation
• Inventory awareness
• Retail organization

Business + Growth Exposure

• Attend education sessions with Shawna
• Learn extension foundations and healthy install methods
• Learn luxury guest experience systems
• Learn booking structure and time management
• Set weekly goals and outline action steps
• Track your weekly numbers
• Sell retail with integrity and confidence
