Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional customer service at the front desk and gas dock.
  • Assist guests with fueling boats, vehicles, and equipment efficiently while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, answering inquiries about resort amenities, reservations, and local attractions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gas dock area and lodge common spaces to uphold high standards of hospitality.
  • Support guest check-in/check-out processes, including handling reservations and providing information about resort activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate guest services, resolve issues promptly, and enhance overall guest relations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures related to fueling operations and guest interactions at all times.

Experience

  • Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly desirable.
  • Bilingual skills or multilingual abilities are a strong plus for communicating effectively with diverse guests.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems or guest service software enhances efficiency in daily tasks.
  • Experience in customer service roles within resorts or similar environments demonstrates strong interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems ensures professional communication standards are maintained.
  • Prior work involving guest relations or night audit functions can be advantageous but is not mandatory.
