Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the elevators, escalators, and construction industry.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction-related industries (elevators/escalators, construction materials such as marbles, tiles, or other building materials).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
