- Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate test drives.
- Maintain the reception area tidy and organized.
- Assist sales executives with administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Support showroom operations to ensure smooth daily workflow.
