  • Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate test drives.
  • Maintain the reception area tidy and organized.
  • Assist sales executives with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Support showroom operations to ensure smooth daily workflow.
