Winvian Farm is a luxury resort experience like no other. We are a Relais & Chateaux small luxury hotel located in the Litchfield Hills. Our staff is dedicated to exceptional guest service above all else.

Join our team as a Guest Assistant and help provide our guests with extraordinary service through taking hotel reservations, checking guests in and out in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner, or organizing guest excursions and/or activities on and off site.

Full Time position

Starting pay $17/ hour with a generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision and life insurances, as well as paid time-off and a 401K with employer match.

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.

A flexible schedule required which includes some weekends, holidays and overnight shifts.

The ideal candidate will be friendly, professional and be able to provide exceptional hospitality to our guests.
