Dishwasher Responsibilities Include:
- Work under the direction of the Head Chef and Chef de Cuisine
- Ensure the kitchen, including all workstations, equipment, and storage areas, are clean and organized.
- Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
- Sweep and mop floors, and dispose of trash regularly with assistance from the BOH team.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Head Chef.
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including washing, peeling, chopping, and storing.
- Support chefs and other kitchen staff in their duties as required.
We’re Looking For a Candidate Who Has:
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
- Must be able to bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to work cleanly and efficiently
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Must have reliable transportation
Weekly Schedule (approximate):
- Thursday 3:00pm-10:00pm
- Friday 2:30pm-10:30pm
- Saturday 2:30pm-10:30pm
- Sunday 3:00pm-10:00pm
- Monday 3:00pm-10:00pm
Compensation & Benefits:
- $25 per hour
