Dishwasher Responsibilities Include:

• Work under the direction of the Head Chef and Chef de Cuisine
• Ensure the kitchen, including all workstations, equipment, and storage areas, are clean and organized.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
• Sweep and mop floors, and dispose of trash regularly with assistance from the BOH team.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Head Chef.
• Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including washing, peeling, chopping, and storing.
• Support chefs and other kitchen staff in their duties as required.

We’re Looking For a Candidate Who Has:

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
• Must be able to bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 30 pounds
• Ability to work cleanly and efficiently
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Must have reliable transportation

Weekly Schedule (approximate):

• Thursday 3:00pm-10:00pm
• Friday 2:30pm-10:30pm
• Saturday 2:30pm-10:30pm
• Sunday 3:00pm-10:00pm
• Monday 3:00pm-10:00pm

Compensation & Benefits:

• $25 per hour
