Location: AC Hotel & Element Hotel – Downtown Boise, ID
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Overnight (typically 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

We are launching the brand-new AC Hotel & Element Hotel in the heart of downtown Boise and are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our opening team. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the guest experience from day one while working in a modern, dual-brand Marriott property.

Position Summary

As a Night Auditor, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth overnight operations at the front desk while balancing daily financial transactions. You will provide exceptional guest service, maintain accuracy in reporting, and help set the tone for an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit procedures and reconcile all daily transactions
• Prepare and distribute daily financial and operational reports
• Check guests in and out efficiently and professionally
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with a high level of service
• Ensure the safety and security of the property during overnight hours
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
• Communicate important information to the morning team

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred (but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and stay organized overnight
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer
