Duties

  • Operate phone systems to answer calls, take reservations, and respond to guest needs.
  • Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and properly recorded.
  • Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest concerns or issues swiftly.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including managing guest accounts and processing payments.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hotel management or guest services is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence.
  • Proficiency in phone etiquette and communication skills.
