Responsibilities

  • Perform nightly audits of all financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
  • Handle check-ins and check-outs for guests during the night shift.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
  • Process payments and manage billing inquiries effectively.
  • Utilize phone systems to communicate with guests and staff efficiently.
  • Prepare reports for management regarding occupancy, revenue, and other key metrics.
  • Assist with guest relations by providing information about local attractions, services, and amenities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations throughout the hotel.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred.
