Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• To be present on arrivals and departures to greet the children.
• Ensure all necessary Welcome/invitation letters/cards, Introduction letters and complimentary arrivals kits are always available and ready at appropriate times, according to Kids Only Standard Operation procedures.
• Ensure that Standard Operation Procedures for all activities and excursions are exercised and always practiced.
• Ensure all necessary registrations forms/ activity waivers are ready at the reception and filled up properly by the parents or guardian.
• Ensure all SOP’s, Risk Assessments, policies and Procedures and Health guidelines are followed accordingly.
• Constantly develops new activities and ideas to conduct activities better and in a more exciting approach.
• Assists with preparing and organizing all Kids Only activities as needed as well as Resort sponsored activities.
• Ensure to update all kids’ profiles pertaining to their preferences, medical conditions/ allergies etc.
• Look after the guests, who need special attention with utmost care, accuracy and tolerance.
• Ensure that Kids Only club and compound are always neat and tidy.
• Is responsible for inventory of all the items in the Kids Club.
• Shows initiative, suggests new services and anticipates guests’ needs and discusses with manager.
• To have a good working relationship with the whole team.
• Complete other duties assigned by Recreation Manager

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

• Childcare & Education graduate with recent and relevant Experience is an advantage.
• Minimum of 1 year in a similar role is required.
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility and multi- tasking skills
• Ability to work well independently as well as part of the team
