Do you enjoy talking to customers on the telephone and enjoy working in a fast passed service environment? Shelor Motor Mile has immediate openings for Customer Service Representatives in our Service department.

Job Duties:

• Answer incoming service calls
• Route service calls
• Schedule and confirm service appointments
• Notify customers of campaigns
• Follow up with customers after their service appointment

Job Requirements:

• Excellent listening, communication, and organizational skills
• Customer service and follow up experience
• Proficient computer skills
• High level of professionalism
