Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and order.
- Assist with scheduling and basic administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email).
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
- Previous receptionist experience preferred.
