Overview
We are a grading & excavating contractor specializing in pre-construction services. Our team is dedicated to safety, efficiency, and high-quality work. We are looking for a dependable and motivated Shop Helper to join our crew and support daily operations in the shop and yard. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in factory operations, mechanical knowledge, and experience with various tools. This role is essential for supporting our assembly line processes and ensuring that production runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Keep shop and yard clean, safe, and organized
• Load and unload trucks
• Pressure wash equipment and maintain shop cleanliness
• Pick up and deliver parts for the shop as needed
• Assist mechanics with repairs and maintenance tasks

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable, hardworking, and safety-minded
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability.
