Responsible for transporting patients to and from the Department of Perioperative Services. Performs various custodial tasks as outlined in department procedures for effective sanitation in Department of Perioperative Services.

Educational and/or Professional Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or GED preferred.

Other Special Training/Skills:
1. Satisfactory completion of the Nursing Service orientation program.
2. Completion of skills checklist within 90 days of employment.
3. Ability to communicate effectively.
4. Worker receives on-the-job training under close supervision and requires a minimum of training to become proficient.
