Duties

- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using front desk systems.
- Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, addressing guest questions and reservations promptly.
- Assist guests with inquiries about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance their stay.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled swiftly.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, billing details, and special requests.
- Support night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy.
- Uphold hospitality management standards by delivering personalized guest services that promote satisfaction and loyalty.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Multilingual skills or bilingual proficiency are advantageous for engaging with diverse guests.
- Familiarity with front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and reservation software.
- Experience in guest relations, resort settings, or hotel environments enhances your ability to excel in this role.
- Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management best practices is a plus.
