We are looking for the Best of the Best in hotel operations so if you are passionate about serving others and are willing to learn come join our TEAM brand new location that just opened in January!
-We are looking for someone to cover two 1st shift per week Tuesday and wed 7am to 3pm and other days as needed also be able to help out on the weekends fridays and Sat hours can be 3pm to 11pm or 12-8pm
-2 to 4 shift a week that can work up to 32 hours or more
-Open to work weekend which is our busiest times and need the most help
-Open to work both 1st and 2nd shift, hotels are 24 hour business and thing change fast and we need to adjust with staffing
-Open availability and a positive attitude with great customer service focus for our guests is what were looking for in a good candidate to hire
-Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
– Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
– Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
– Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
– Assist guests with luggage storage, transportation arrangements, and other concierge services
– Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest accounts
– Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
– Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction

– Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
– Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
– Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
– Knowledge of hotel management systems and front desk operations
– Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
