Now Hiring: Shop Helpers

Fabrication Shop – Stafford, TX

We are currently seeking experienced Shop Helpers to support our industrial fabrication operations. This position is ideal for individuals who are hands-on, dependable, and capable of working with minimal supervision in a fast-paced shop environment.

Pay

$18.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience and skill level)

Experience

2–3 years minimum preferred

Schedule

• Base hours: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Hours are subject to change based on workload
• Overtime required
• Weekend work may be required

Required Experience & Skills

Candidates should have experience in at least 2–3 of the following:

• Pipe beveling (manual and/or machine)
• Torch cutting
• Plasma cutting
• Saw operation (band saw, cold saw, etc.)
• Rigging and material handling
• Overhead crane operation
• Forklift operation
• Ironworker operation
• Grinding for weld prep and cleanup
• Basic tacking

General Requirements

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to follow safety procedures and job specifications
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work in an industrial fabrication environment
• General understanding of fabrication processes and shop equipment
