HIRING IMMEDIATELY

We are a trusted Landscaping and Hardscaping Company located in the Raleigh/Louisburg area! We specialize in landscape renovations and installs, drainage and erosion solutions, grading, clearing and excavation and backflow testing.
We are currently looking to hire a foreman to join our team.

We are seeking a skilled supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in drainage, retaining walls, operating machinery and supervising to ensure successful project completion.

**Responsibilities:**

– Oversee and manage daily construction activities on-site

– Supervise and coordinate the work of workers and subcontractors

– Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents

– Implement quality control measures to ensure project specifications are met

– Conduct construction estimating and budgeting tasks

**Requirements:**

– Proven experience in a supervisor or similar supervisory role in this industry

– Understanding of blueprint reading and construction schematics

– Ability to effectively manage resources, budgets, and timelines

– Excellent communication and leadership skills for team coordination

– Knowledge of quality control processes to maintain project standards

– Must have at least 2 years of eperience

– Must be able to lift 75 pounds

– Must have a valid DL and reliable transportation
