Join Our Team at Adventure X Boat Tours!
Are you passionate about the ocean and enjoy working with people? Adventure X Boat Tours is hiring enthusiastic Crew Deckhands/Naturalists and part-time Snorkel Guides to join our team!

Position Details:

Crew Deckhands/Naturalists

• Hours: Day charters typically run from 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM
• Key Responsibilities: Assist with boat operations, educate guests about the environment, and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience on the water.
• Pay: Starting at $20 per hour + tips, with opportunities to grow quickly based on performance and dedication.
• Requirements: Comfortable on and around water, positive attitude, and enjoyment of working with people. No experience necessary—we provide training!

Manta Night Snorkel Guides

• Hours: Evening shifts (typically 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM, or 5:30 PM – 11:30 PM depending on the sunset and trip schedule).
• Key Responsibilities: Guide guests on Manta Night Snorkel tours, ensuring their safety while providing an unforgettable experience with the majestic manta rays.
• Requirements: Positive attitude, ability to work with guests, and comfort on the water. No experience necessary—we will train you!
• Pay: Competitive hourly rate + tips.

General Requirements for Both Positions

• Ability to pass a drug test.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus but not required.
• Flexibility and a strong work ethic are essential.
• Must be a “water person”—a strong swimmer and comfortable in the water.
