Blue Sky Car Wash is hiring a sales-driven Car Wash Attendant whose primary responsibility is selling wash memberships.

Yes, you will prep and load cars.
Yes, you will walk towels to customers.

But the most important part of this job is converting customers into monthly members.

We wash thousands of cars each month. Every customer is a sales opportunity.

Compensation

• $18–$20 per hour base pay
• Uncapped bonus on every membership sold
• Top performers earn $300–$600+ per month in bonus income
• Paid biweekly (bonus paid monthly)

If you can consistently sell 2–4 memberships per shift, your paycheck reflects it.

Your Primary Responsibilities

• Sell monthly wash memberships to new and existing customers
• Educate customers on the value of unlimited wash plans
• Confidently ask for the sale
• Prep vehicles before entering the tunnel
• Safely guide and load vehicles
• Walk towels to customers at vacuum stations
• Deliver fast, friendly customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
