Front Desk Agent responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests, checking guests in and out, and fulfilling guest requests.
- Enjoy working with the public.
- Able to work through customer service related issues.
- Additional duties or responsibilities as required by a manager.
Requirements:
- Flexible shifts on Weekday, Weekends and Holidays.
- Possessing strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous hotel front desk experience recommended.
- Proficient with technology
