Front Desk Agent responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting guests, checking guests in and out, and fulfilling guest requests.
  • Enjoy working with the public.
  • Able to work through customer service related issues.
  • Additional duties or responsibilities as required by a manager.

Requirements:

  • Flexible shifts on Weekday, Weekends and Holidays.
  • Possessing strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous hotel front desk experience recommended.
  • Proficient with technology
