Looking for a Sales Manager for the new Holiday Inn Full Service hotel in Walker. Must be self starter, have a positive attitude, work well with others, goal oriented and resourceful.
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Position Responsibilities: Responding to all leads for business in a timely manner, coordinating group bookings, meetings and events, corporate rates and the organization of sales activities to maximize results. Additional responsibilities include IHG RFPs, and cold calling for new corporate accounts.
This position assists the General Manager and Regional Sales Manager to develop, implement, promote and follow through on actions and activities to increase the hotel’s business revenues. This position is a “Results Oriented” position. This individual must have the ability to easily and willingly adapt to changes of policy, procedures, or work environment.
Bonus Structure – Paid out Quarterly
Eventually we prefer this candidate to take on a secondary IHG location, which comes with an additional Bonus incentive.
Full Time – 40 hours minimum. OT available up to 10 hours / week.
No Holidays Required
Hotel Sales or Management Experience – 1 Year Minimum Required
Full Service Experience – Preferred, but not required
IHG Experience – Preferred but not Required
