  • Negotiate and secure corporate client agreements – including local negotiated rates, group blocks, and national account negotiated rates through brand channels.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate clients, travel agencies, and decision-makers to drive repeat business, strengthen partnerships, and enhance brand loyalty.
  • Build and execute a structured sales process covering lead qualification, client proposals, and follow-up to convert prospects into bookings.
  • Identify new corporate business via market research, networking, Chamber of Commerce collaboration, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Optimize sales tools, CRM systems, and processes to support development, ensure consistent follow-up, and enhance customer retention.
  • Achieve annual sales goals and monthly budgetary targets across the full portfolio while maintaining competitive market intelligence.

QualificationsRequirements:

  • Ability to work during regular business hours (Monday – Friday) with occasional evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and sales information systems preferred.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills; fluent English required, additional languages a plus
  • Mathematical skills, including basic math, budgeting, profit/loss concepts, percentages, and variances.
