What you’ll do

• Execute floor care tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming, to maintain immaculate surfaces.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to uphold housekeeping standards and enhance guest experiences.
• Manage laundry services efficiently, ensuring linens and towels are clean and available for use.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing janitorial duties.

Basic qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles, preferably within the hospitality industry.

Preferred qualifications

• Previous hotel experience is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
