Job Summary
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you’ll play a vital role in ensuring seamless overnight operations at our hotel. As a Night Auditor, you’ll be the friendly face welcoming late-night arrivals and ensuring all financial and operational records are accurately maintained. Duties
- Greet and assist guests arriving during overnight hours with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software, verifying reservations, and processing payments accurately.
- Monitor security systems, conduct routine safety inspections, and ensure the hotel premises are secure throughout the night.
- Prepare detailed night audit reports, reconcile daily financial transactions, and update all guest account information precisely.
- Handle guest inquiries via phone or in person with excellent phone etiquette, providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Maintain the front desk area in an organized manner, ensuring all multi-line phone systems are operational and accessible.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly and resolve any issues that arise during the night shift.
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, with a strong understanding of front desk procedures and guest services.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach that creates memorable guest experiences.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems, night audit processes, and multi-line phone systems.
