Job Summary:

We are seeking detail-oriented, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel brand standards.
• Make beds, change linens, replenish supplies, and clean bathrooms.
• Vacuum, dust, and sanitize all areas of the room.
• Report any maintenance issues or lost-and-found items to management.
• Ensure all assigned rooms are completed within shift timeframes.
• Work collaboratively with housekeeping and front desk teams to ensure guest satisfaction.

Performance Expectations:

• Must be able to clean up to 16 rooms within an 8-hour workday while maintaining brand cleanliness standards.
• Work efficiently and stay on task to meet daily room assignment goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required (training provided).
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
