• Maintain accurate records of room status, maintenance issues, and staffing schedules to optimize operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or custodial supervision within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, industrial cleaning methods, and janitorial best practices.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team effectively.
• Familiarity with hospitality standards and guest service expectations.
• Ability to perform detailed inspections and identify areas for improvement swiftly.
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and workplace safety regulations.
