Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas within our establishment. This position requires a commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring that all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products in guest rooms and common areas.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas, including hallways, lobbies, and restrooms.
• Follow established safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning tasks.
• Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care methods is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• A commitment to providing high-quality service in a hospitality environment.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed during cleaning tasks.
