Job Responsibility

• Ensure proper handling of materials while loading and offloading to avoid damages.
• Ensuring all assigned deliveries are made timely as per date and time slot.
• Ensuring all process and procedures to complete tasks are followed as per SOP.
• Any discrepancy found during delivery need to be reported timely to resolve.
• Communicating concerns during delivery with supervisors and sales team for timely resolution.
• Ensure well behaving with customers for better customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring all tasks assigned with respect to warehouse activities are completed timely.
• Ensuring delivery of productivity and improving it.
• Ensuring efficient utilization of resources such HHT and MHEs
• Ensuring picking of stocks timely and fully as per pick list.
• Ensuring materials moved to respective designated staging area post picking and packing.
• Ensuring no wastage of consumables and packaging materials.
• Ensuring participation in training and development programs.
• Ensuring proper grooming and hygiene of self and workplace
• Handling of stocks properly for zero handling damages.
