  • Check guests in and out using hotel management software, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Respond promptly to guest requests, concerns, and complaints with a friendly and solution-oriented approach
  • Maintain guest records, reservations, and billing information with confidentiality and precision
  • Assist with night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and meet quality standards
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
  • Uphold hospitality standards by ensuring cleanliness, safety protocols, and guest relations policies are followed

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality environment
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively
  • Knowledge of front desk systems, multi-line phone systems, and hotel management software is preferred
  • Experience with night audit procedures is a plus but not required; training will be provided if needed
  • Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure while managing multiple tasks efficiently
