Position Overview
The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for guests, providing warm hospitality and efficient service during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay. This role is part-time and ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and delivers excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Services
  • Welcome guests warmly and provide efficient check-in/check-out services.
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
  • Respond to guest questions, concerns, and special requests with professionalism.
  • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Front Desk Operations
  • Answer incoming calls, while multitasking other duties.
  • Process payments, issue room keys, and maintain accurate guest records.
  • Balance cash drawer and perform basic end-of-shift reports.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed.
  • Customer Care & Problem Resolution
  • Address and resolve guest complaints or escalate issues to management.
  • Ensure lobby and front desk area remain clean, organized, and welcoming.

Qualifications

  • Previous front desk, hotel, or customer service experience required**
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer and cash-handling skills.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
