Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team at Perris Travel Center. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while handling transactions and assisting with product inquiries. Your ability to engage with customers and promote products will be key to enhancing their experience.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
• Operate the cash register efficiently, processing transactions accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance inside and around the store.
• Utilize basic math skills to handle cash transactions and provide change accurately.
• Assist in stocking shelves/coolers and maintaining inventory levels.
• Assist in the kitchen/bakery as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar position is preferred.
• Basic math skills.
• Experience supervising or training staff is a plus.
• Experience working at a fuel station is a plus.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are crucial for success in this role.
• MUST be able to work flexible hours, including nights, days, weekends and holidays as needed.
