Full job description

Immediate openings for a full time DISHWASHER for a busy hotel kitchen for the evening shift (4:00 p.m. – 12:00 midnight.) Looking for motivated candidate willing to take on whatever duties the Executive Chef assigns, including rinsing dishes, using an industrial dishwasher, hand-washing larger items, taking out the trash. This job isn’t glamorous, but will provide a good wage, great co-workers, free shift meal, and the chance to learn more about back-of-house operations. There will always be variety!

Must be reliable and able to work with limited supervision. We are looking for staff for nights (typically 4:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. but with the occasional 1:00 a.m. end time following weddings) and weekends. No previous kitchen experience necessary. We are willing to train!

Prefer full-time (full benefits) but will consider two part-time candidates. Free on-site parking but also close to commuter rail.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into a restaurant environment at the ground level. We are willing to train in food prep and have wonderful mentors on staff. If you are thinking about a career in food service, are currently a student studying culinary or hospitality, we would love to work with you to develop your skills.
