About the Role
Our client is expanding their promotions team and is looking for confident individuals to represent a leading telecommunications provider at live events and customer engagement campaigns.

As an Events Assistant, you’ll help bring the brand to life by interacting with customers, sharing information about products and services, and supporting promotional campaigns. This role blends customer engagement, promotions, and sales support, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy conversation, teamwork, and performance-driven environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Represent the brand at live promotional events and outreach campaigns
• Engage customers in friendly and professional conversations
• Provide clear information about products and service packages
• Deliver excellent customer service while promoting suitable solutions
• Build positive relationships and create strong brand impressions
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate service options
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Participate in daily team meetings and ongoing coaching sessions
• Work closely with your team to achieve shared performance goals
