Content Creator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling content for social media platforms, websites, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Capture high-quality photos, videos, and graphics that showcase the hotel’s facilities, experiences, and events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that align with brand strategy and objectives.
  • Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all content.
  • Monitor trends in social media, digital marketing, and hospitality to produce relevant and innovative content.
  • Edit and optimize content for different channels to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (F&B, Front Office, Events, etc.) to highlight special offers, events, and guest experiences.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all materials.
  • Track and report content performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with photography, videography, design, and editing tools and techniques.
  • Support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and PR activities with relevant content creation.
  • Uphold professional appearance and communication standards aligned with the SO/ brand.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing in luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands.
  • Proficiency in photography, videography, and editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
  • Strong creative, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
  • Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Professional appearance and alignment with SO/ brand personality.
  • Flexibility to work hours according to marketing campaigns, events, or social media needs.
